Chasing this dream has led to formation of SKILL CLUSTER as a focused division catering to projects working on Skilling the youth / unskilled workforce across the length and breadth of the country. SKILL CLUSTER division of RAGC was incepted way back in 2015 and since then has been working on skilling projects to achieve the organization’s larger vision & mission. Skill Cluster aims to strengthen the National Mission of Skill India and strives to achieve the combined Vision of RAGC and the Nation to transform India into World’s Skill Capital. The division focuses on implementation of skill development projects / programmes funded by various Ministries / Departments, under Central & State governments across the country.
Among the varied schemes/ministries/departments/State Governments, we have worked with some of the key engagements as mentioned below:
1. Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India.
2. Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India.
3. Vocationalisation of Secondary Education, under NSQF, under the Education Department of various State Governments.

Skill Cluster will always continue to explore the Industry trends creating opportunities for mass employment and shall work in such Sector/s to benefit all the stakeholders.
Our skilling assignments have reached out to beneficiaries across major states of the country. And we look upon reaching out to all the states to extend the Skilling benefits especially to unexplored regions and sections of the society.

THSC RPL Projects – Recognition of Prior Learning projects certify the candidates who have been in a particular trade for a considerable duration of time without any formal certification.
SODEXO Special Projects – RAGC has signed an MoU with
SODEXO for the direct placement of candidates after the training.
PNB HFL CSR projects – This is only in the various trades of Construction.
UKSDM Project – State Skill Development project whereby we are training candidates into Pastry Chef and then placing them in respective organizations.
MSSDS – Trained the candidates in the trades of Hospitality and Construction and placed them with SODEXO
NPCIL CSR – Trained the unemployed youth in and around the NPCIL area and got them placed in automobile companies.
