Graphic Designer

Job Description:

  1. Conceptualise and design creatives for digital and print collateral
  2. Take the design brief to record requirements and internal clients’ needs
  3. Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
  4. Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
  5. Prepare rough drafts and presenting  ideas
  6. Amend final designs to internal clients comments and gain full approval

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. At least 1 year of proven graphic designing experience
  2. Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
  3. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  4. Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
  5. Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc)
  6. Highly proficient in all design aspects
  7. Professionalism regarding time and deadlines
  8. Experience with video editing is a plus

Key Responsibility Areas

  1. You will provide educational guidance to the students and their parents for various higher education programmes and part time courses. 
  2. Counsel students to identify their interest, overcome doubts such as course and programme selection.
  3. You will conduct individual and group counseling sessions to advise and assist students with their career paths.
  4. Contact students and provide information about various programmes and ensure all incoming calls are answered in a timely and professional manner
  5. Convert leads to admissions. 

Education Qualification Required

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from any recognized Institute/University with a minimum of 50% marks
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Technical Competence

  1. Strong written, verbal and analytical skills
  2. Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  3. Client/Customer Relationship Management

Desirable characteristics

  1. A minimum 2 years of experience as a professional counselor (preferred)
  2. Have an in-depth understanding of all documentation, duties, tasks and procedures associated with the area for which they have responsibility
  3. Strong administrative, management and leadership skills
  4. Good time management skills

Job Description / Key Responsibility Areas:

  • A Technical Trainer will identify Student Needs and adapt teaching to accommodate students of different learning styles
  • He / She will bridge the gap between students and industry.
  • He / She will Coach, Mentor & Train Students to be employable as per industry standards and needs.
  • He / She will follow below points to ensure smooth function and student’s transition.

Planning for the program:

  • Prepare Day wise schedule of the topics
  • Plan and incorporate activities in the teaching plan (visits, guest lectures, group activities, seminars)
  • Preparation of teaching resources: class presentations, case study material
  • Preparation of student hand-outs and other study material
  • Plan and organize practical sessions for the subject assigned
  • Preparation of Assignments and project work
  • Methodology of delivery of the topics as per the vocational nature of the program
  • Other details as required to teach the subject effectively

Delivery of the program:

  • Deliver lectures for subjects assigned
  • Conduct practical sessions as per the course structure
  • Guide the students in completing assignments and project work
  • Plan and organize Industry Site visits – related to the theory topics taught
  • In coordination with the HOD – Interact with the industry for visits, guest lecturers placements

Assessment and development:

  • Conduct the assessment of the students as per the structure of the program: assignments, written exams, observation, etc.
  • Monitor the progress of each student on the criteria laid for assessment and development and lay down plans for improvements
  • Interact with the parents for sharing the progress of the students
