Chairman & Managing Director
Irfan Razack, the eldest son of Razack Sattar, is at the helm of the Prestige Group. Ranked 77 as India’s Richest in the 2014 Forbes List, a born leader, Irfan is blessed with the acumen to see opportunities where none apparently exist, the courage to take the untrodden path and the determination to see his vision through to fruition. His leadership acumen received national recognition, when he was declared Professional of the Year at the Real Estate Excellence Awards 2008. He has been Honorary Secretary of the Al Ameen Educational Society for 17 years, the President of Bangalore Commercial Association (BCA), and the Chairman of the Real Estate Committee of CREDAI, Karnataka for 4 years.
Executive Director – HR, IT & Admin
Lt. Col. Milan Khurana (Retd), Executive Director – HR, IT and Admin, aged about 52 years joined us on September 4, 2008. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts from the Jawarharlal Nehru University and has successfully completed a Strategic HR Leadership Programme organized by Totus HR School. He has an experience of over 20 years in the Indian Army on various assignments that include Planning, HRD/Personnel, Training & Development, Security & Safety and General Administration.
He was conferred with “100 HR Super Achievers” (India) award by World HRD Congress on 16th February 2018. He played a key role in formation and establishment of Vocational Training Centre of Prestige (Rustomjee Prestige Vocational Education Training Center). He has also been instrumental in streamlining the Admin vertical, setting up a Document Management Centre to digitally archive all legacy legal documents related to projects and customer agreements and redefining the Insurance Philosophy in Prestige.
Executive Director – CMD’s Office
Zayd Noaman is the latest entrant among the 2nd generation of Razack’s at the Prestige Group and has been initiated in the business as a mentee to the Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Irfan Razack. He was appointed as an Executive Director of PEPL in August 2015 and is attached with the CMD’s office. Whilst assisting the Chairman, he is also responsible for the sales and marketing of commercial office space beginning with the successful launch of Prestige Technostar. In addition to his full-time role, Zayd is spearheading an important urban transformation project aimed at improving public spaces and uplifting community life.
He is currently focusing on land acquisition, land ownership and investor relations within the company. Zayd is also an integral part of the Steering Committee of “Falcon 2.0”, an initiative driven by CFO – Mr. Venkat K. Narayan to roll-out a new enterprise system for the organisation.
